Screen Shot 2013-12-12 at 1.49.39 PMI’ve grown up in the Church (son of church planters, pastor, spiritual director, chaplain).

I’ve participated and volunteered in the Church my entire life.

I’ve been on staff of churches for about 15 years.

I love ministry, but I also know there are some inherent dangers in working in ministry.

Burning out.

Constant people pleasing (i.e. exhaustion).

Workaholism.

Broken marriage and families.

Addictions to fill emptiness. (i.e. pornography, alcohol, drugs, work, sex)

So as someone who has grown up and served in the Church, I have a passion to help ministry leaders receive the help they need in order that they can thrive in the vocation they feel called to.

I love working with ministry leaders in my private practice in Plano, TX and around the country. I have the privilege to walk alongside ministry leaders in counseling, workshops, and sometimes in brief encounters I get with them at conferences.

That’s why I have put together this 50 minute webinar.

In it you will learn:

  • The 4 Barriers That Keep Male Ministry Leaders from Getting the Help They Need (and what that results in)
  • How to Create a Vision Statement That Will Give You Purpose (therefore, bringing life to your ministry you serve in)
  • How to Reconnect to Your Identity (connecting identity and vocation)
  • How to Practice Proper Self-Care (in order to not burn out and be a “life-giver” in ministry, rather than a “life-taker.”

Watch the webinar below to learn some practical tips that may keep you from becoming another ministry statistic due to burnout, moral failure or the many other issues that leaders struggle with.

Check out below Why So Many Male Ministry Leaders Don’t Get the Help They Need to Thrive in Ministry (And How You Can Get Help)

And if you want to reach out and get help, stay tuned to the end to find out how I can help you in my new online program that I’m launching for men in January.
