HELPING GUIDE YOU INTO THE TRANSFORMING OF LIFE’S JOURNEY…BOTH PERSONALLY AND RELATIONALLY.

One of the things I enjoy the most about being counselor is having the opportunity to come alongside of you and help be a guide in your personal and relational transformation. I am in awe at the courage and bravery in which you choose to face your fears, anxieties, and conflicts, in order to grow. In fact it is your vulnerability and courage in the face of life’s obstacles that inspires me to continue on in the work I do professionally, and more importantly…personally.

I want to help make the start to your transformational journey as easy as possible. Therefore, follow the 3 easy steps below.

ONE: DISCOVER WHAT I CAN HELP YOU WITH

I work with individuals, couples, families, groups and organizations on a variety of topics. Below are some of the things that I specialize in and am most well known for. If you have questions about how I can best help you, please contact me.

Some people come to counseling because they are in a pretty good place, but desire more personal development. While others are struggling with specific issues that need attention. Whatever brings you into counseling I can help you design a pathway to achieve your desired goals.

I am a Level II Certified Therapist in the work of Restoration Therapy and was personally trained by the founder of RT who is a pioneer in the work of marriage and family therapy, Terry Hargrave. If you are curious, please check my bio for more information on my education, certifications, ongoing trainings, and licensure.

MARRIAGE INTENSIVES

One aspect of martial work that I enjoy the most is intensive work. For four years I was a staff therapist at The Hideaway Experience in Amarillo, TX where I co-led 4-day marriage intensives.

I lead private 1-2 day marriage intensives in my office for couples. If you are interested in finding out more about these private intensives, please contact me. I'm currently not scheduling any 1-2 day marriage intensives in my office because of my full schedule.

I recommend marriage intensives to couples who are in crisis and looking to get as much help as possible in a quick period of time. I also recommend marriage intensives to couples who have a good marriage, but who are looking to make it great.
