I think that this is a great quote, and I love what your daughter said! Wow.

Thanks for being willing to go on this trip, Rhett, in the midst of everything else you have going on. My hope for the trip is that thru the group’s voice and passion, we will be able to say that in a couple months, Haiti will still be a concern and priority for the Church.

That’s my hope, anyway.

It is one of my favorite books…Nouwen really plumbs the depths in that book…I never looked at Philippians (the kenotic hymn) the same again.
