Thanks man. I really appreciate that. I’ve been writing about the topic myself because I’m feeling the conviction and the need for stronger boundaries in this area. I don’t have it figured out of course, but just wrestling through it right now.

You have been serving as the voice of conviction in my own life. Lack of boundaries, constantly tuned in but doing a mediocre job of being present and noticing things- guilty.

Thanks for providing some fodder for thought and what has become one of the voices of conviction in my life, at this moment.

Did the same thing myself. I only got online to check a few things and update people that we will be having a girl, but I felt a sense of presence that I have not felt in a while. However, after getting back in the swing of things yesterday and today I have got to manage this area of my life better.
