I think Adam would agree with you. He talks about the difference between being an introvert, and when an introvert needs to step out into some uncomfortable situations at times. That’s all part of our growth as people.

However there certainly does come a time when being extroverted is needed, sometimes there are situations that we need to speak up in. I tend to be a little uncomfortable around crowds of people, but God has asked me to preach in front of those same crowds, so I have to overcome my emotions and be extroverted as soon as I am in front of them.
