		<description>Wish I could have been there for that. I think everyone struggles, from one degree to another, with boundaries online. I&#039;m set some specific times for myself but do need to minimize my idle time as well. This is a topic that needs more discussion more often.

		<description>Thanks for putting this post together Rhett! I think the comment you were talking about when I was talking about idleness online was something like &quot;Leaders don&#039;t have the leisure of being idle online.&quot; But you nailed the point of it. 

The reason we don&#039;t have the leisure for idle time as leaders is because we need to do all we can to invest and value people through the social web and digital communications. Instead we often are racing to get our ever updating inboxes to zero but in a way that makes it convenient to us, instead of valuing the people on the other side of those messages.

This is a lesson I am struggling, learning, stumbling with every day!
